- When you have filled your iceshower, let it rest for a couple of minutes so the water can cool down
- Sometimes the rubber ring in the cap can leak a little, just put some vaseline on the ring and thread and it will run smoothly
- If you have finished your 2 minute ice shower close the tap, unscrew the tube and poor the water out of the tube over your body
- If your water pressure is high, close your tap a little bit when you switch over to the iceshower. If the waterpressure is a bit lower you can enjoy the cold a bit longer
- Ikea has good cups to freeze water in, the pruta cups of 0.6 liters. Fill them with water and freeze them. The cups have sloped angles so the ice will release very easily
- If you give the ice cubes a splash of water they will crack and you can break them very easily with a hammer
